Allow location access for GPS
Ingrain needs foreground location access to show your position, GPS distances, and nearby courses. It does not need background location access.
If Ingrain can still ask for access
Open a GPS or nearby-course feature and approve the system location prompt.
If access is blocked
The operating system will not show the prompt again after location access has been blocked. Open your phone's Settings, find Ingrain, and allow location access while using the app. Then return to Ingrain and retry.
You can still record scores without GPS. If location is allowed but no fix appears, move to an open area, confirm Location Services are on, and try again.
For persistent trouble, contact Ingrain support and include your device and app versions.
