Contact Ingrain support
The best way to reach support is the support request form in the Ingrain app. Ingrain does not offer phone or live-chat support.
Open Profile and choose Help & feedback.
Choose Contact support.
Select the category, add a short subject, and describe what happened.
Include the round when the issue is tied to a specific round, then submit the request.
The app includes useful diagnostics such as app, operating-system, and release versions. It does not attach files or precise location. Never include a password, payment-card number, or other sensitive secret.
You will receive a reference number after a successful submission. Replies are sent by email, and we aim to send a first response within two business days.
