Delete your account and data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Open Profile.

  2. Choose Delete account.

  3. Review the data and subscription warning.

  4. Complete the confirmation steps and choose Delete my account.

Ingrain removes account information and coaching history from active systems through the account-deletion process. Data that cannot be removed immediately, such as isolated backups, is handled according to the Ingrain Privacy Policy.

Support request content is scheduled for deletion within 30 days of a verified account-deletion request unless a narrow legal obligation requires longer retention. Resolved support content and submitted diagnostics are otherwise retained for no more than 24 months.

If deletion cannot finish, contact Ingrain support from the email on the account.
