Reset your password
For an email-and-password account, request a reset code from the sign-in screen.
Enter your email on the sign-in screen and continue to the password screen.
Choose Forgot password?
Confirm the email you used for Ingrain and choose Send code.
Enter the six-digit code from the email and choose a new password.
For privacy, the request screen does not confirm whether an email has an account. Check spam or junk folders and confirm the spelling if the code does not arrive.
Accounts created with Apple or Google should continue using that provider unless the app offers a password option for the account.
