Your current focus is one skill within one area of your game. Ingrain uses the information available from your rounds and sessions to connect that focus to the work in your plan.

Progress can show a baseline, a current reading, and a target. The exact measurements depend on the rounds and practice information you have recorded, so a new account may need more activity before every view is available.

Open Profile and choose your focus setting. Updating it changes the context used for upcoming practice work; it does not remove earlier rounds or sessions.
